Ticketing Policy
All tickets are final sale.
Ticket exchanges must be requested at least two hours prior to the performance. To submit an exchange request, please contact the box office or call 646-718-1802.
Exchange requests can only be considered if the original tickets were purchased via www.magicmikelive.com or directly from the Magic Mike Live New York box office, in-person or via phone. If tickets were not purchased through one of these sales channels, you must contact your point of purchase to inquire about their exchange and refund policies. You are responsible for any change in ticket price or additional fees during an exchange.
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
A per-ticket fee applies to phone and web transactions, which helps offset credit card processing, operation and staffing of the box office and call center, and other ticketing and venue related charges. This fee is waived for in-person purchases at the box office.
All ticket prices include applicable taxes and fees, where required.
Customers will receive tickets by text to the phone number provided at check-out. Once a text has been sent, we are unable to resend. If a text is not received, tickets will be sent via email. Tickets are not active until the day of the performance. If you are not able to receive either message, tickets can be picked up on the day of the performance at the venue with a photo ID matching the name on the tickets.
A ticket purchaser who purchases the ticket protection option is eligible to request a refund of the ticket price and fee (excluding the ticket protection) for the ticket(s) if the ticket holder is unable to use the ticket(s) for any reason. Ticket protection refund requests are administered by Magic Mike Live. To request a refund, email NYcustomerservice@magicmikelive.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Approval of and determination of eligibility for any refund is at the sole discretion of Magic Mike Live. All decisions are final.
Purchased or awarded tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or any other trade purposes without the express written consent of Magic Mike Live and its affiliates.
Tickets are purchased at the risk of inclement weather and other disruptions outside our control. No refunds will be provided for weather, transit delays, or similar disruptions. Exchange requests are handled only under the exchange rules stated above.
The unlawful sale or resale or attempted unlawful sale or resale of a ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void. Users found to be using deceptive tactics or transacting on behalf of others without authorization may have their tickets invalidated and refunded.
Magic Mike Live New York reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase without notice for any lawful reason, including if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation in connection with the purchase. We may contact the ticket purchaser using information provided to verify the purchase or related transaction details.
Each ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the purchase price shown on the ticket. Venue management also reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disorderly.
VENUE POLICY
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. Guests must be prepared to show a government-issued ID. All guests must be at least 18 years old to attend the show. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol.
Late arrivals are allowed at the discretion of house management. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for late arrivals or no-shows.
Venue management reserves the right to administer a reasonable inspection of ticket holders and their property prior to entrance into the venue, as permitted by law. No large bags, backpacks, or luggage are allowed in the theatre. A coat check is available.
Outside food or beverages, drugs, contraband, firearms, weapons of any kind, professional cameras or recording devices, bundles, and containers are prohibited. Possession of prohibited items may result in denial of entry. Objects likely to endanger persons are not allowed on the premises and may be confiscated by venue personnel at their discretion.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the Magic Mike Live Theater.
Admission to the premises constitutes your agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped, and otherwise recorded in connection with the performance. You agree that your name, voice, and likeness may be broadcast, distributed, or displayed in connection with any program created for the performance without compensation.
Ticket holders assume all risks, hazards, and dangers occurring before, during, or after the event, including injury by any cause, or arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, and waive all claims against the venue, event, management, facility, artists, participants, and Magic Mike Live and their respective personnel, affiliates, and representatives.
Magic Mike Live is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or other personal property. If you believe you left an item at the theatre, please call 646-718-1802.
Phone use for photos and video during the show is permitted only without flash. Phone calls and FaceTime are not permitted inside the theatre.
Ticket holders must abide by all rules, regulations, and policies established by Magic Mike Live and venue management.
